About the Role
As a Senior Client Success Partner – Periop, you’ll leverage your deep operating room (OR) experience to develop strong relationships with healthcare leaders and users, manage complex project plans, and ensure clients achieve long-term value from the Qventus platform. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure successful deployments, high adoption, and continuous engagement, all while shaping the future of our perioperative solutions.
This is an ideal role for someone with a passion for healthcare transformation, a strategic mindset, and the ability to influence outcomes in complex hospital environments.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Partnership

Manage and grow partnerships with one or more nationally leading healthcare provider organizations.

Leverage deep perioperative expertise to gain buy-in from core users, executives, and surgeons.

Challenge the status quo at client sites and influence adoption of industry-best practices.
Solution Adoption & Enablement

Drive usage and engagement across the Qventus platform.

Collaborate with Marketing to standardize training and engagement materials.

Advocate for critical product improvements and partner with the Product team on new functionality rollouts.
Program & Project Management

Lead complex, cross-functional client engagements (clinical, operational, technical).

Coordinate internal teams to meet contractual commitments and drive client satisfaction.

Navigate executive-level conversations and present clear, data-backed business cases to drive change.
What We’re Looking For

4+ years in a healthcare consulting or client-facing SaaS professional services role.

Polished executive presence with strong storytelling and presentation skills.

Proven track record of building relationships across all levels of healthcare organizations, from facility leaders to system-wide executives.

Experience managing accounts with evolving client needs in fast-paced environments.

Strategic problem solver with a bias toward action and a passion for maximizing client value.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, both internally and externally.

Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical operations.

Willingness to travel up to 50% nationwide.

Excitement about transforming healthcare with AI and data-driven solutions.

Deep understanding of the surgical domain and perioperative workflows.

Familiarity with acute care patient flow and hospital throughput solutions.

Compensation for this role is based on market data and takes into account a variety of factors, including location, skills, qualifications, and prior relevant experience. Salary is just one part of the total rewards package at Qventus. Salary Range
$140,000 - $160,000 USD
