About the Role:

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a warm, friendly attitude and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Provide exceptional service through phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Schedule appointments, manage client records, and process payments accurately.
• Address client inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary.
• Support our veterinary team by facilitating seamless client and patient flow.

Qualifications

• Skills & Traits: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role in veterinary or healthcare environment preferred.
• Passion: A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their care.
• Versatility: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility: willingness and ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
