Investor Relations Analyst

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Investor Relations Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to grow their career in investor relations and life sciences investing. This role will play a key part in maintaining and enhancing communication with current and prospective investors by managing critical administrative functions, supporting the preparation of investor materials, and ensuring seamless coordination across meetings and reporting cycles. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on innovation in the life sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Investor Relations team in day-to-day activities and long-term projects
- Create, maintain, and edit presentations, spreadsheets, documents, and files related to investor communication
- Assist in managing internal databases and tracking investor activity
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and handle meeting logistics with professionalism and efficiency
- Engage with limited partners (LPs), prospective investors, and external stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly updates, fundraising materials, and internal reports
- Perform other administrative and analytical tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic track record
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or analyst role. Experience in financial services, investor relations, or a related field, preferred.
- Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and interface effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Professional demeanor and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Must be based in the greater Boston area
- Ability work on a hybrid schedule (4 days on-site) at our downtown (Back Bay) office
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
