  • Build, test, and enhance ServiceNow workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub, including request catalogs, role templates, and self-service forms that streamline service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain REST API integrations that connect ServiceNow with approved enterprise systems, enabling reliable data exchange and coordinated workflows.
  • Engineer and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions, incorporating automated testing, quality checks, and security practices to strengthen software delivery.
  • Integrate approved AI-assistant capabilities with ServiceNow case creation and authorized knowledge resources while operating within applicable security and operational requirements.
  • Validate automation and integration changes, diagnose technical issues, and implement improvements that increase reliability, maintainability, and operational performance.
  • Execute controlled releases and limited pilots in coordination with authorized stakeholders, measure results against approved requirements, and support troubleshooting or rollback when necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional software engineering or platform engineering experience.
  • Hands-on experience developing automation with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
  • Developing or implementing REST API integrations.
  • Eligibility for a Tier 3 federal background investigation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Developing or integrating AI-assisted workflows, including large language model (LLM) or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) capabilities, in security-controlled environments.
  • Supporting software automation, platform engineering, or enterprise integrations within federal technology or similarly regulated environments.
