Key Responsibilities

  • Be the face of Radiant! You will be the first point of contact for our prospects through emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls with account executives.
  • Research target companies and identify key decision-makers.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline and track outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for lead generation and outreach.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and a self-starter.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections with a positive attitude.
