The Controller at Radicle Health will lead the financial operations strategy and oversee all Accounting activities across Radicle’s portfolio of products. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, maintains strong internal controls, and drives financial performance and stability. The Controller will collaborate closely with the FP&A team and functional leadership to provide key financial metrics, strategic insights, and support for long-term financial planning.
In This Role, You Will:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Ensure proper internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets, monitor financial performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, including account reconciliations, journal entries, tax reporting, and variance analyses for several entities reporting in multiple currencies.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management; work with FP&A to improve working capital efficiency and standards by entity.
- Coordinate and oversee the annual audit, including preparation and coordination of audit schedules and support requested by external auditors.
- Collaborate with the Radicle FP&A team and functional leadership to ensure accurate and timely delivery of key financial metrics, including insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and capital management, collaborating with functional leadership to improve cash management and ensure financial stability.
- Provide financial data and analysis to support ad hoc projects related to strategic decision-making, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
- Assist in preparing reports for investors, board members, and other stakeholders as needed, including reviewing financial projections and other strategic outputs.
- Manage all Accounting financial systems and oversee integration and consolidation of new systems.
- Leverage the strengths of the current Accounting team members, clarify roles and responsibilities, and develop and implement a long-term strategy for the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Accounting preferred.
- CPA or equivalent highly preferred.
- Experience in a growth stage, technology-driven environment, ideally within the software industry.
- Proficiency in SaaS-related metrics and accounting treatment, such as ARR/MRR, Bookings, CAC, etc.
- Experience in a private equity or venture capital-backed company environment.
- Experience with financial reporting systems required; experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.

- Compensation: $150,000-$170,000 USD
