About the Role:
The Sales Systems Manager is a key player in driving and measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team through advanced technical solutions. This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing sales systems, ensuring accurate and reliable sales data, and providing strategic recommendations on sales-oriented tools to support our sales strategy. The Sales Systems Manager collaborates closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, streamline operations, administer sales-oriented systems, and contribute to the company’s growth and success.
In This Role, You Will:
- Develop, implement, and maintain sales tools (ex. Salesforce, Gong) in accordance with sales processes and goals.
- Administer and configure CRM systems to support sales processes and ensure seamless integration across platforms and cross-functional org needs.
- Analyze sales data and metrics (ex. conversion rates, pipeline metrics, sales velocity) to provide actionable insights and recommendations to GTM leadership.
- Lead strategic initiatives and technical projects aimed at driving sales growth and improving operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer experience, finance, and others to ensure cohesive systems operations, providing technical change management where needed.
- Conduct regular audits of sales data and establish a robust data governance framework to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Enhance automation for lead, opportunity, and customer management through advanced systems configurations and integrations.
- Provide comprehensive system training and technical support for end users to ensure full adoption of technologies.
- Generate and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports, offering real-time analysis to GTM leadership.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks across our revenue processes.
- Develop, document, and maintain technical documentation for all revenue-related activities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, Salesforce administration, or related field.
- Proven expertise in sales process optimization, CRM systems (ex. Salesforce), and data analysis.
- Experience with Gong, HubSpot, and Salesforce CPQ experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales operations best practices and industry standards.
- Experience in data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and project management.
- Demonstrated ability to identify gaps, drive change, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Other Information:
- Compensation: $85,000 - $115,000 Base Salary with Bonus
- Location: Remote
