About the Role:
The Sales Operations Manager is a key player in driving and measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team. This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing sales processes, maintaining accurate sales data, and providing strategic insights to support our sales strategy. The Sales Operations Manager collaborates closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, streamline operations, administer sales-oriented systems, and contribute to the company’s growth and success.
In This Role, You Will:
- Develop and maintain sales processes, tools, and administer systems (ex. Salesforce, Gong) to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
- Analyze sales data and metrics (ex. conversion rates, pipeline metrics, sales velocity) to provide actionable insights and recommendations to GTM leadership.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and projects aimed at driving sales growth and improving operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective sales operations and provide change management when needed.
- Regularly audit sales data and provide a data governance framework to achieve data accuracy.
- Administer and improve automation for lead and opportunity management to increase sales productivity.
- Provide system training and support for the sales team and other systems users to ensure full and consistent usage of tools and technologies.
- Generate and maintain sales dashboards and reports, providing impactful, real-time data analysis to sales leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the sales process, streamlining the average sales cycle through process improvements.
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures for all sales related activities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, Salesforce administration, or related field.
- Proven expertise in sales process optimization, CRM systems (ex. Salesforce), and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of sales operations best practices and industry standards.
- Experience in data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and project management.
- Demonstrated ability to identify gaps, drive change, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Other Information:
- Compensation: $85,000 - $115,000 Base, plus Bonus
- Location: Remote
