People Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
The ideal People Operations (Ops) Coordinator is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our HR team and contribute to a smooth employee experience. This role will report to the People Ops Business Partner to assist with general administrative tasks, onboarding, and People Ops systems management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys improving processes, and ensures that team members feel supported from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including paperwork, IT setup, and orientation.
- Conduct New Hire Orientation on a biweekly basis to support cohort onboarding model
- Assist with offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
- Conduct Exit Surveys or Interviews to support data analysis & collection
Administrative Support:
- Manage HR calendars, meetings, and communications.
- Support the Business Partner with reporting, documentation, and compliance tasks.
- Maintain organized HR files, records, and employee databases.
- Support tracking and maintenance of professional development programs and reporting
HR Systems Management:
- Help maintain and optimize HRIS and other HR-related systems.
- Ensure accurate employee data and support reporting needs.
- Assist with administration and other HR system processes as needed.
General People Ops Support:
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Triaging People Operations requests, providing prompt and professional responses to employee inquiries.
- Ongoing assistance in automating and improving the internal and external facing People Ops experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
- 1–3 years of direct experience in HR, People Ops, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, or other HR systems (experience with Engagedly, Paylocity, and Greenhouse is a plus).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.

- Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
- Location: Remote
