Customer Advocacy Specialist

Role Summary:
This role will help set up Radicle’s customer advocacy engine—capturing, coordinating, and activating customer stories, referrals, quotes, and proof points to drive adoption, new business, and upsells through strengthening our reputation. Sitting within Product Marketing, this position will ensure that customer evidence is consistently surfaced and leveraged across the funnel.
Primary Focus Areas:

Develop and manage customer advocacy and referral programs

Source and coordinate customer stories, quotes, and proof points

Support creation of ROI-backed case studies and customer evidence

Maintain a consistent cadence of customer communications

Partner with Product, Sales, and CX to activate customer proof throughout GTM
Success Looks Like:

Increased product adoption, new business and upsells

Greater sales effectiveness through stronger customer proof

A repeatable advocacy/referral motion that supports pipeline

Clear, consistent visibility into customer impact and outcomes
Experience:
-
2+ years in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or similar GTM role

Strong ability to develop stories from qualitative and qualitative data

Ability to develop and tell compelling stories that drive new business and upsells

Experience creating with short and long-form enablement content including sales sheets, ROI calculators, white papers, webinars, and other materials

Experience with GTM campaigns for upsells, cross-sells, and feature releases.

Strong project coordination and cross-functional communication
- Ability to turn customer insights into clear narratives and assets

Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000

Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. More information about the salary range specific to your working location and other factors will be shared during the hiring process.
