SEO Specialist
About the Role
RadixArk is seeking an SEO Specialist to amplify our reach in the developer and AI infrastructure community. You will own and execute SEO strategies to help engineers discover our open-source tools, drive organic traffic to our documentation and technical content, and establish RadixArk as a thought leader in AI infrastructure.
This role is ideal for someone who understands technical audiences, values data-driven optimization, and is motivated by making frontier-level AI infrastructure accessible to the global developer ecosystem.
Requirements

3–5 years of SEO experience with a proven record of improving organic rankings and traffic

Deep understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices

Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategy

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their impact on SEO and performance

Experience with developer-focused content, documentation, or technical products (preferred)

Excellent written communication skills for optimization guidelines and content briefs

Familiarity with GitHub, developer communities, and open-source ecosystems

Experience with CMS platforms and static site generators

Knowledge of schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first indexing

Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment
Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategy targeting developers, AI researchers, and infrastructure engineers

Conduct keyword research for technical intent (model serving, inference optimization, distributed training, GPU infrastructure)

Perform technical SEO audits: site speed, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals

Optimize documentation, technical blogs, tutorials, benchmarks, and research pages

Build link-building programs within developer communities and open-source ecosystems

Partner with engineering to ensure SEO-friendly site architecture and documentation structure

Implement structured data and schema for code, docs, and research content

Improve discoverability of GitHub repositories and open-source projects

Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics (stars, reads, adoption)

Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly

Collaborate with Content and Developer Relations on SEO-driven content and community visibility

Manage international SEO as the company expands globally

Produce monthly performance reports and run continuous SEO experiments
