Qualifications
We’re looking for highly analytical people from a computer science/engineering background who want to help build the research-driven trading firm of the future. To do that, you’ll need the following qualities:
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Python for automation, data analysis, or infrastructure tooling
- Understanding of hardware infrastructure, including servers, networking, and storage
- Experience with Linux systems, including basic administration and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with project management tools and applications
- Experience in technical project management in the financial services industry is a plus
- Self motivated and and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute hardware and software infrastructure deployments for trading on exchanges worldwide
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, establish clear plans, and assign responsibilities for complex technical infrastructure initiatives
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to track progress, address bottlenecks, and ensure alignment on project goals
- Maintain project timelines, communicate status updates, and manage project dashboards to ensure transparency and accountability
- Leverage Python to automate workflows, analyze data, and improve infrastructure processes
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure optimal hardware configurations and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues
- Analyze and improve existing processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and reliability enhancements
