Air Operations Combat Planner
This is a U.S. based position. All of the programs we support require U.S. citizenship to be eligible for employment. All work must be conducted within the continental U.S.

What we are looking for:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- We desire an experienced military air operations planner (pilot, weapons officer, or flight officer) or other service participation in command, service, Joint or Combatant Command (CCMD) staffs, processes or operations
- Know the details of doctrinal AOC combat plans cell processes to include but not limited to, SPINS, ATO/ACO and space tasking order production towards a completed air battle plan (ABP)
- Provide air and space resource capabilities for estimating DMPI servicing Coordinate with MAAP planner on briefing products to obtain C/JFACC or CCO approval
- Extensive experience working in an Air Force Air Operations Center (AOC) preferably with ATO Production or MAAP Planner experience or working knowledge and proficient in employment TTPs of air and space weapons systems typically utilized by a Joint Air Component C/C to include manned and unmanned, kinetic and non-kinetic effects
- Develop the Master Air Attack Plan (MAAP) for the particular ATO period considering the effects-based requirements, operational context, environment, and training and exercise objectives
- In-depth, current knowledge of TBMCS planning applications with emphasis on database management in TAP, EMR, MAAP Toolkit and follow on versions
- Participation in two or more AOC/Joint exercises at the NAF level or higher as Chief of ATO Production or MAAP Planner or Chief, Combat Plans
- Expertise as an exercise designer / planner / director
- AFFOR, MAJCOM Staff experience desired
- In-depth experience with Microsoft Office
Clearance Requirements:
- Minimum of an active Secret security clearance
Work Type:
- Hybrid - Honolulu, HI
- May require up to 25% travel
Salary Range:
- $140,000 - $165,000
- The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
