Marketing Coordinator

About the role:
As a Marketing Coordinator at Raft, you will support our dynamic marketing team. This role is critical to the success of our marketing efforts, providing organizational and operational support to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, events, and daily activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Administrative Support:
- Organize and maintain marketing team schedules, meetings, and calendars.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Manage departmental correspondence, including email communications, memos, and internal updates.
- Assist with expense tracking, budget reconciliation, and invoice processing.
- Marketing Operations:
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events, webinars, and trade shows, including venue booking, attendee registration, and material preparation.
- Monitor and update marketing project trackers and campaign calendars.
- Support the maintenance and organization of the marketing content library, ensuring assets are up-to-date and accessible.
- Assist with market research, data entry, and compiling analytics reports.
- Digital Marketing Support:
- Assist in updating and maintaining the company website and social media platforms.
- Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor engagement and compile social media performance reports.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between marketing and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on shared projects.
- Coordinate vendor relationships, including managing contracts, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support team onboarding by organizing materials and facilitating training sessions for new marketing hires.
What we are looking for:
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or similar support role
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools such as CRM systems, social media management platforms, or CMS
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communication
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Hubspot, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Work Type:
- Remote
- May require up to 10% travel
Salary Range:
- $65,000 - $85,000
- The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
