About the role:
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the agile system development lifecycle across multiple teams within the organization. This role ensures alignment with Agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), to deliver high-quality systems and solutions effectively and efficiently. You will act as a bridge between cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring continuous improvement in alignment with enterprise goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating Agile practices across teams
- Facilitate SAFe ceremonies, including PI planning, retrospectives, and system demos
- Support Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and ensure alignment with SAFe principles
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to define and prioritize system requirements
- Monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
- Address and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and system outcomes
- Identify areas for process improvements within the agile system development lifecycle
- Implement best practices to enhance team performance and system delivery
- Ensure all systems and processes adhere to enterprise standards and compliance requirements
- Promote the consistent application of SAFe methodologies across teams
What we are looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in Agile development environments
- Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps
- Basic understanding of system architecture and development lifecycles
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve conflicts
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Highly preferred:
- SAFe Practitioner (SP) certification preferred; other SAFe certifications (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) are a plus
- Relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience
- Experience with ACAT I/II level acquisition programs
Clearance Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance

- May require up to 25% travel
Salary Range:
- $105,000 - $140,000
- The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
