Integration Program Manager

About the role:
The Integration Program Manager will be supporting Pacific Air Forces as a Crisis Planning Lead on the Strategy Plans Team (SPT). You'll coordinate and synchronize with United States Indo-Pacific Command, Pacific Air Forces, and other Components to plan and develop Concepts of Operations for crisis efforts. This role requires deep expertise in Joint Operations Planning Process and the ability to brief senior military leadership on crisis planning efforts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as lead PACAF / TJFACC crisis planner
- Coordinate, liaise, and synchronize with USINDOPACOM, PACAF, and other Components to plan and develop CONOPs for crisis efforts
- Assist SPT for all Command Post Exercise (CPX) Blue Force Planning and Execution
- Support SPT in Air Component Planning for CCMD OPLANs
- Publish Joint Air Operations Plan (JAOP) in support of leading OPLAN
- Brief General Officers and Flag Officers on crisis planning initiatives
What you'll bring:
- Extensive Joint Operations Planning Process (JOPP) experience
- Former Field Grade Officer (FGO) or very strong Company Grade Officer (O-3 or above) experience
- Strong communication and briefing skills with ability to present to GO/FO leadership
- Experience with OPLAN development and Air Component planning
Highly Preferred:
- Prior experience working within PACAF or INDOPACOM
- Air Operations Center (AOC) background
- Joint Staff or Combatant Command experience
- Advanced military education (IDE/SDE)
Clearance Requirements:
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
Work Type:
- Onsite at Hickam AFB, HI
- May require up to 25% travel
- Must be eligible to travel to both CONUS/OCONUS locations requiring a valid US Passport

Salary Range:
- $160,000 - $180,000
- The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
