Raines is headquartered in Miami and has additional offices in Chicago, New York, and Philadelphia, with global resources that support its Executive Search, Advisory, and Talent Management practices.

The Search Execution team includes Vice Presidents and Consultants who serve clients directly by carrying out the end-to-end search process. 

Vice Presidents are responsible for cultivating relatidonships with executives as well as mentoring junior members of the search team while receiving regular exposure to the business development process, including active participation in pitch meetings with potential clients. 

Consultants conduct phone and video interviews and manage candidates throughout the lifecycle of a search while being mentored by senior members of the search team to grow their skills and participate more fully in the business development process.
