Raines is headquartered in Miami and has additional offices in Chicago, New York, and Philadelphia, with global resources that support its Executive Search, Advisory, and Talent Management practices.

The Search Engagement team includes Managing Directors and Senior Vice Presidents who serve as leaders within the firm’s Executive Search function. They are expected to generate business for the firm as well as execute high-level search work in their practice area for critical client roles.

Managing Directors are responsible for managing relationships with external clients and executives to bridge the business development and search execution functions, generate new industry contacts, and manage search execution teams to deliver successful search results. 

Senior Vice Presidents execute on active searches while receiving training and mentorship around business development from senior members of the firm.
