Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Team
Embedded directly within our PPC team, this role drives customer acquisition across key online channels including SEA, Display, App campaigns, and Native Ads. Beyond core performance marketing, you will take full ownership of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that bridge the Marketing department with broader company-wide teams.
Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing high-impact marketing campaigns across all our international markets, covering various languages and products. From inception to execution, you will be responsible for delivering and scaling performance marketing campaigns to drive growth and maximize conversion rates.
That means:
- Lead, plan, and execute compelling performance marketing campaigns to increase conversion rates and enhance brand awareness in alignment with our targets.
- Drive performance marketing channels to effectively support the complete consumer funnel, ensuring efficient CPA within allocated budgets. Still you are always welcome to identify opportunities to scale further, challenging the status quo and budget restrictions.
- Leverage AI to further automate and optimise campaign management, embracing new opportunities coming up.
- Develop strategies for existing channels and explore new opportunities for media testing to optimise lead quality.
- Collaborate with Marketing leaders to oversee media planning, asset development, implementation, measurement, and reporting for Performance Marketing efforts.
- Confidently present campaign strategies, results, and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels of the business, up to executive leadership.

Your Profile
- 3 to 5+ years experience in performance marketing.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful performance marketing strategies, campaigns, and optimisations, with the ideal candidate having worked in an agency setting.
- Proven international experience.
- An absolute must is the practical use of AI, specifically building gems or AI agents.
- Excellent knowledge of the ad platforms and networks, Google (Search, Display, App and Performance Max), Microsoft Advertising (Search, MSAN), Apple Search Ads.
- Good knowledge of other ad platforms and networks, including Social Ads (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit) and Native Ads (e.g. Outbrain).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively communicate them to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, translating quantitative and qualitative data into effective marketing strategies.
- Solid understanding of customer segmentation and its application in media planning, buying, and campaign development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
Nice to have
- Additional technical experience with tracking technology (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Adjust or other marketing-related tools).
- Familiarity with Google Looker as a business intelligence platform.
