SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
This position provides administrative and technical support to the Installers at Construction Resources. Requires excellent customer service and good communication skills. A willingness to work in a team environment with the Operations Team is necessary. In addition, the Install Crew Manager role will be responsible for coaching and training Installers and Helpers.


Essential Functions

  • Manage Installation Teams.
  • Manage customer service issues as they relate to service, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Manage Repair Schedule and Repairs Team members.
  • Improve interface between Commercial Installation group and facilitate an efficient use of installation resources.
  • Assist sales staff with scheduling information.

Additional Duties:

  • Ensure completion sign offs for each job.
  • Train Install Team on proper techniques
  • Complete safety training and ensure safety compliance with Install Team
  • Coordinate job status updates with Install Scheduler
  • Trouble- shoot specific problems as they are assigned.
  • Conduct scheduled meetings with Install Team to review processes and best practices
  • Relay job information to SOPT and the Operations Team

Competencies/Skills/Abilities

  • Must be well versed and experienced in the countertop manufacturing and installation
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work with staff at all levels, inside and outside of the organization
  • Strong communication skills; ability to speak and write clearly. Understands confidentiality
  • Strong customer service skills; enjoys solving problems
  • Strong skills with MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Work experience in both corporate and manufacturing environments would be helpful
