Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to oversee and manage technology and cybersecurity projects at the Y-12 National Security Complex. This hybrid position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in cybersecurity, project management, and IT procurement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects from inception to delivery, with a focus on cybersecurity integration to protect critical infrastructure and organizational assets. A strong understanding of cloud-enabling capabilities, cybersecurity principles, and life cycle management is essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple cybersecurity-related projects to ensure they align with organizational goals and adhere to timelines and budgets.
• Ensure cybersecurity measures are integrated into projects to protect critical assets and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with departments, project teams, business unit managers, and the project management office to achieve project outcomes.
• Create, revise, and manage project documentation, including project management plans, risk mitigation plans, and configuration management plans.
• Track and monitor project performance to ensure successful completion of milestones.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with system life cycle management principles and cybersecurity standards.
• Identify and document supply chain risks for critical system elements and ensure cloud-enabling capabilities are delivered.
• Define and manage day-to-day performance of service-level agreements (SLAs) and operating-level agreements (OLAs).

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5-10 years of experience in project management, particularly in overseeing technology and cybersecurity projects.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, IT architecture models, and system life cycle management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud-enabling technologies and managing technology procurement processes.
• PMP and Agile certifications are preferred.

Specific Deliverables:

• Manage and deliver multiple cybersecurity-related projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
• Maintain and update all necessary project documentation.
• Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks and supply chain vulnerabilities.
• Ensure the successful delivery of cloud-enabling technologies.
