Who we are

Rangeview is on a mission to build the foundry system that reindustrializes America. We exist to break the legacy manufacturing trap by reinventing critical production for the twenty-first century. This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving manufacturing team at the stage where strong supply chain systems, supplier relationships, and material flow processes are being built in real time. This role is a strong fit for someone who likes practical problem solving, cross-functional work, and the chance to build scalable processes in a high-accountability environment.

  • Coordinate the movement of materials between departments and work centers.
  • Help maintain organized, accurate, and accessible inventory storage locations.

Receiving, Shipping, and Logistics

  • Support receiving activities, including verifying shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Assist with stocking and organizing incoming materials.
  • Coordinate outbound shipments and freight scheduling.
  • Support packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation when required.
  • Track inbound and outbound shipments and resolve logistics issues.

Operational Support

  • Support production schedules by helping ensure timely material availability.
  • Assist with implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain processes.
  • Participate in special projects and other operational support activities as needed.
  • Occasionally travel locally to suppliers, service providers, or customers to pick up or deliver materials, parts, or documentation.
  • Support additional duties as assigned.

What you’ll need

  • Must be able to meet ITAR/U.S. export control requirements, including being a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or otherwise eligible for required authorization.
  • Must be able to work full-time, W2, onsite in El Segundo, CA.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
  • Strong technology aptitude, including proficiency with Google Workspace and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms and business systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
