Remote (US) · Full-Time

The Economics

  • Base Salary: $150,000 – $175,000

  • OTE: $300,000 – $350,000 (Uncapped + Meaningful Equity)

  • Structure: 50/50 split | Aggressive accelerators at 100% quota

  • The Support: Dedicated SE alignment, SDR outbound support, and a C-suite that joins your late-stage calls.

Stop Selling Noise. Start Selling Resolution.

Most security tools are "snitches"—they find problems, hand a 1,000-page PDF to a developer, and walk away. RapidFort is different.

We provide the only platform that doesn't just find vulnerabilities; it eliminates them. By automatically removing unused code, we reduce attack surfaces by up to 95% without breaking the build. Backed by top-tier VCs and trusted by the Fortune 500, we are moving from "stealth disruptor" to "market standard."

We aren't looking for a "feature-function" salesperson. We’re looking for a heavyweight hunter who understands that in the current economy, CISOs don't buy tools—they buy risk reduction and operational efficiency.

The Mission

You aren't just managing a territory; you are building a franchise. Your goal is to leverage your existing "Gold Card" relationships with CISOs and VPs of Security to bypass the noise and initiate high-level business conversations.

  • Executive Access: Use your "superpower"—your network—to open doors that stay closed to everyone else.

  • Strategic Orchestration: Lead complex, six-figure (and seven-figure) sales cycles from discovery to legal/procurement.

  • Playbook Architect: As an early enterprise hire, your feedback will directly influence our GTM strategy and product roadmap.

  • Full-Stack Support: You own the strategy; we provide the ammunition. You’ll have dedicated Solutions Engineering and Marketing resources to ensure your POCs are bulletproof.

Who You Are

  • The Network: You have a "Rolodex" of CISOs and Infrastructure leaders at Global 2000 firms who take your calls because you’ve delivered value for them for 5+ years.

  • The Track Record: You have consistently cleared $300k+ in W2 earnings because you know how to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.

  • The Domain Expert: You understand the nuances of the Software Supply Chain (AppSec, DevOps, Cloud-Native) and can speak the language of both the C-suite and the practitioner.

  • The Startup Mindset: You thrive in high-autonomy environments. You don't need a map; you’re the one who draws it.

Why RapidFort?

  • Unrivaled Tech: We solve the "Vulnerability Overload" crisis that every CISO is currently losing sleep over.

  • True Equity: You’re joining early enough for your options to represent life-changing upside.

  • Zero Bureaucracy: We’re a low-ego, high-output team. If you need something to close a deal, you get it.

  • Full Benefits: 100% covered medical/dental/vision for employees, 401(k) match, and a remote-first culture that respects your life outside of Slack.

RapidFort is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
