Job Description

In this role, you will be a highly hands-on contributor responsible for executing RapidFort’s digital marketing and demand generation programs across channels. Working directly with the Head of Demand Generation and leveraging messaging and content created by the Director of Product Marketing, you will play a key role in launching campaigns, managing day-to-day execution, and driving measurable results.

 

This is an execution-first role where success is defined by your ability to build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns that generate pipeline. You will also contribute insights and recommendations to improve performance and inform strategy over time.

 

This position reports to the Head of Demand Generation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-On Campaign Execution (Primary Focus)
  • Build, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social, display, retargeting, and content syndication
  • Execute inbound and outbound demand generation programs aligned with overall campaign strategy
  • Set up and manage campaigns in marketing automation and ad platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create and deploy emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows to support campaign execution
  • Translate product marketing content into campaign assets (ads, emails, landing pages, social posts)
  • Support execution of account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting key accounts and personas
  • Optimization & Performance Management
  • Monitor daily and weekly campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to improve results
  • Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to optimize conversion rates
  • Optimize campaigns for key metrics including CTR, CPL, MQLs, and pipeline contribution
  • Identify underperforming areas and take immediate action to improve outcomes
  • Marketing Operations & Execution Support
  • Manage campaign tracking, tagging, and attribution to ensure accurate reporting
  • Support lead flow processes including lead capture, scoring, routing, and nurturing workflows
  • Maintain and update marketing systems, lists, and audience segments
  • Work with tools and AI-driven platforms to identify and activate target audiences
  • Reporting & Insights (Supporting Strategy)
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports on campaign performance
  • Provide regular updates on campaign results, insights, and optimization actions
  • Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates
  • Share data-driven recommendations to improve future campaigns and overall marketing effectiveness
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to execute integrated campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns align with product messaging, launches, and positioning
  • Support webinars, events, and partner campaigns to maximize lead generation

 

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution (B2B tech preferred)
  • Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple digital channels (PPC, paid social, email, landing pages, etc.)
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Strong execution skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, Excel/Sheets)
  • Understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing cybersecurity, cloud security, DevOps platforms, infrastructure software, developer tools, or enterprise SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with:
    • Software supply chain security
    • Vulnerability management
    • Container security
    • Kubernetes
    • Cloud-native architectures
    • Application security
    • DevSecOps
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise demand generation.
  • Experience managing paid media budgets or working with agencies.

Compensation

Base Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 USD

Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and alignment with role requirements.
