About the Position — Finance Manager
As a Finance Manager at Rapido Solutions Group, you will play a key role in driving financial excellence and strategic decision-making for our U.S. and Mexican operations.
This position requires a hands-on leader capable of analyzing financial data, managing risks, optimizing cash flow, and supporting automation and digital transformation initiatives.
What you’ll do:

Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Perform calculations of key financial metrics and prepare financial statements using Power BI and advanced Excel functionalities. Provide real-time insights and support decision-making across teams. (USA & México) -
Forecasting and Budgeting:
Collaborate in developing employee, sales, and expense forecasts. Provide strategic input for budgeting and long-term planning to ensure optimal resource allocation. (USA & México) -
Foreign Currency Risk Management:
Formulate and execute hedge strategies to mitigate foreign currency exposure. Evaluate financial instruments, forecast annual expenses, and make rapid, high-impact financial decisions. (USA & México) -
Cash Flow Management:
Oversee daily cash flow operations across two companies. Ensure liquidity levels support ongoing operations and financial stability. (USA & México) -
Strategic Financial Planning:
Contribute to the design and execution of 3–5 year financial plans aligned with corporate objectives. Evaluate scenarios and model impacts for executive decisions. (USA & México) -
Cost and Price Analysis:
Support the Finance Director in cost structure and pricing model analyses to enhance profitability. (USA & México) -
Accounts Receivable and Payable:
Lead AR/AP functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and vendor/client relations. (USA & México) -
Comprehensive Risk Management:
Implement frameworks for liquidity, credit, and market risks. Develop credit and collections policies aligned with client profiles and cash flow strategy. (USA & México) -
Digital Transformation and Process Automation:
Support ERP, BI, and automation tool implementation for reporting, AR/AP, and reconciliations. Drive efficiency and data accuracy. (USA & México) -
Profitability Analysis and KPIs:
Track and report financial KPIs (gross margin, operating margin, DSO, cost per employee). Perform profitability analysis by client, business line, and location. (USA & México) -
Stakeholder Management:
Act as liaison between Finance and other departments (Operations, Sales, Legal, HR) to ensure financial alignment. Present results and forecasts to senior leadership and owners. (USA & México) -
Collections Strategy:
Support the Finance Director by collecting past-due amounts from customers and developing sales/collection strategies for key clients. (USA & México)
What we need:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar financial management or analysis role.
Language: Advanced English proficiency (C1 level required).
Skills:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of FX risk management, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting.
- Familiarity with automation tools, ERP systems, and digital finance processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
