You’ll help our people stay healthy, informed, and cared for — while ensuring that Rapido upholds the highest standards of health and safety.
💬 What You’ll Do
Employee Health Services
-
Provide medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatment for employees.

Conduct regular check-ups, screenings, and health assessments.

Manage minor injuries and illnesses, dispense medication, and refer cases as needed.

Provide first aid and emergency medical care on-site.
-
Coordinate with external medical facilities and emergency teams.
Health Promotion and Education
-
Design and lead health and wellness programs that encourage preventive care.

Conduct workshops, seminars, and talks on healthy habits and workplace well-being.
Health and Safety Advocacy
-
Advise management on health and safety policies, practices, and improvements.
-
Participate in safety committees and contribute to preventive initiatives.
Medical Service Administration
-
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
-
Document assessments, treatments, and recommendations.
-
Manage office inventory, medical supplies, and health-related vendors.
Medical Compliance
-
Identify and mitigate work-related health risks (ergonomics, exposure, etc.).

Ensure compliance with occupational health standards and NOM regulations (e.g. NOM-035, NOM-037).

Stay up to date with medical and occupational health best practices.
🧠 Core Skills & Qualifications

Strong diagnostic and clinical treatment skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

High discretion and confidentiality with medical information.

Strong organizational, reporting, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital administrative tools.
🎓 Education & Experience
-
Medical Degree (MD) and valid professional license.
-
Certification in Occupational Medicine (preferred).
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in an occupational or corporate health setting.

Knowledge of occupational health regulations and workplace safety protocols.
-
B1 English level (preferred).
