💵 Salary: $20,000 MXN / month (gross)

Join our Recruitment Team and play a pivotal role in connecting exceptional talent with exciting career opportunities. You’ll spearhead the full recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and clients.

💬 What You’ll Do

Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and refine candidate profiles in collaboration with clients.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future positions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS.
Generate recruitment reports and analytics.
Conduct interviews for a variety of roles (both representative and corporate).
Oversee the full candidate life cycle — from sourcing to offer stage.
Coordinate client interviews and gather feedback as needed.
Collect required candidate documentation.

🧠 Core Skills & Qualifications

Advanced English level (C1).
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
