Location: Guadalajara
English Level: B2 Intermediate

Salary: $15,000 MXN / month
Additional Benefits:

Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Contractor Onboarding & Verification
    Support the onboarding process for new contractors by reviewing eligibility requirements and verifying documentation.
    Re-verify approved applicants received from the processing team and ensure onboarding compliance is completed accurately.
  • Safety & Compliance Monitoring
    Conduct safety eligibility reviews based on FMCSA and company requirements.
    Receive, log, and validate contractor violation alerts, ensuring records are accurate and updated.
    Monitor contractor violation points to ensure compliance with company limits and safety standards.
  • Contractor File Auditing & Documentation
    Audit contractor DQF files, criminal records, and required federal documentation.
    Update document expirations and maintain accurate contractor compliance records.
    Conduct and submit yearly contractor audits to ensure adherence to company regulations.
  • Records Verification & Employment Validation
    Review reports from previous employers to confirm completeness and accuracy of contractor information.
    Verify that contractor MVR records align with certifications and compliance requirements.
    Complete employment verification processes within required timelines.

  • Coverage & Contractor Status Management
    Process contractor moves, coverage cancellations, and terminations as needed.
    Maintain accurate status records and ensure compliance documentation is properly updated.
  • Email Management & Operational Support
    Monitor and respond to compliance and contractor-related emails daily to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.
    Provide administrative and operational support to compliance and safety-related processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work closely with the Safety Team and other departments to ensure contractor compliance and operational efficiency.
    Communicate clearly with internal teams to provide guidance and support on compliance matters.
  • Process Support & Additional Responsibilities
    Assist with special projects and compliance-related initiatives as assigned by management.
    Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance compliance workflows and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle high volumes of documentation and compliance-related tasks

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (B2 level preferred)

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive mindset with strong follow-through skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
