The Growth Marketing Director is responsible for owning and scaling the organisation’s demand generation and top-of-funnel revenue growth strategy. This role is accountable for developing and executing a repeatable growth engine that generates qualified sales opportunities through outbound enablement, inbound conversion, and performance marketing initiatives. Working closely with executive leadership and the Sales function, the Growth Marketing Director will ensure marketing efforts are directly aligned to measurable pipeline outcomes, conversion performance, and revenue contribution.

What You’ll Do

Pipeline & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute growth marketing initiatives that generate qualified pipeline

  • Deliver consistent sales-qualified meetings aligned with revenue targets

  • Monitor and optimize funnel performance across lead stages

  • Partner with Business Development and Sales teams to improve opportunity quality

Outbound Marketing Enablement

  • Define ICPs, personas, and target account segmentation

  • Develop messaging and outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn

  • Continuously test and optimize outreach performance and conversion rates

Inbound Marketing & Conversion Optimization

  • Own inbound conversion performance across website and campaign touchpoints

  • Develop high-converting landing pages and content for decision makers

  • Optimize conversion paths including forms, booking flows, and follow-ups

Paid Growth & Channel Experimentation

  • Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns with clear ROI accountability

  • Evaluate performance based on cost-per-meeting and pipeline contribution

  • Scale high-performing channels and discontinue underperforming initiatives

Marketing Operations & Reporting

  • Build dashboards to track key growth metrics such as meetings booked, cost per meeting, and pipeline contribution

  • Deliver weekly reporting with insights and optimization recommendations

  • Implement marketing automation and nurture workflows

Key Performance Indicators

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Sales-qualified meetings generated

  • Funnel conversion rates (MQL → SQL → Meeting)

  • Cost efficiency of acquisition channels

  • Pipeline and revenue contribution driven by marketing

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing

  • Proven ability to generate pipeline in a sales-led organization

  • Strong analytical and performance marketing skills

  • Excellent copywriting and messaging capabilities

  • Ability to move quickly, test ideas, and iterate based on performance data

Nice to Have

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, staffing, or B2B services

  • Experience working in high-growth or founder-led companies

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or marketing automation tools

  • Experience building demand generation engines from scratch
