We鈥檙e looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Appointment Scheduling Coordinator to support shipment operations and ensure seamless coordination between teams and partners.
馃挰 What You鈥檒l Do
Appointment Scheduling
- Secure appointments through multiple channels, including websites, emails, and phone calls
- Schedule pick-up appointments for shipments departing from warehouses
- Ensure all bookings are confirmed and aligned with operational timelines
Communication & Coordination
- Maintain clear and consistent communication regarding appointment updates, changes, or cancellations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve scheduling issues quickly
- Act as a key point of contact to ensure smooth coordination across operations
Data Accuracy
- Enter and update delivery information accurately in the system
- Review and verify appointment details to prevent scheduling conflicts
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records to support operational efficiency
馃 Core Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with logistics or scheduling software is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Effective after 3 months of employment
