馃挰 What You鈥檒l Do
-
Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.

Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and refine candidate profiles in collaboration with clients.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future positions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS.

Set up and do interviews with candidates for all the positions
-
Follow up on all the full life cycle of the candidate
-
Set up interviews with the clients and ask for feedback if needed.
馃 Core Skills & Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
-
1-3 years of experience in recruitment.

Sourcing experience using different methods.

Proven success in hiring for high-volume or fast-paced environments
-
Advanced English communication skills - written and verbal

Experience with ATS platforms; Greenhouse is preferred

Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
