What this role is about: 

RapidSOS’s Summer Internship program is full-time, fully immersive, and designed to complement your education with real-world experience. This program will allow you to own key strategic initiatives across a rapidly growing start-up, working closely and cross-functionally with senior leaders throughout the company. This is an amazing opportunity to not only join a rising and dynamic startup but also make a measurable impact. 

As a Strategy & Operations MBA Intern, you will support the development and execution of a variety of strategic initiatives. Projects may include developing and implementing programs to enhance operational effectiveness, collaborating on incubation initiatives such as bringing a new product to market, exploring new verticals, fostering strategic partnerships, and conducting market and customer research to support business development & growth efforts. This is a highly visible position working directly with the C-Suite and will rely on a versatile skill set, including problem solving, storytelling, analytics, financial modeling, and project management. Your work will directly support our business strategy and make a big impact on the business and the communities we serve.

What you’ll do: 

  • Support RapidSOS in its growth and development by owning key strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams and senior leaders throughout the company
  • Conduct detailed research, analysis, and proposal delivery on variety of topics to support the growth of RapidSOS
  • Develop materials that support key projects and initiatives; implement and execute programs and initiatives 
  • Engagement in weekly company and team events

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program
  • Strong work ethic - highly self-motivated with tons of initiative
  • Ability and appetite to learn quickly & multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with desire to tackle complex challenges
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, depending on the nature of the work
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategies and develop actionable solutions
  • Laser-sharp attention to detail, highly organized, and a high standard for excellence
  • No ego - our team believes in “purpose over pride” where no task is beneath us
