  • Ground decisions in customer and market insight: Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and synthesize market and competitive insights to inform product direction and tradeoffs
  • Translate strategy into clear product artifacts: Help create product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and narratives that align teams around what we’re building and why
  • Drive alignment and momentum: Support planning, prioritization, and execution processes that keep teams focused, informed, and moving forward
  • Measure impact and iterate: Define success metrics, evaluate outcomes, and incorporate learnings to continuously improve product experiences
  • Immerse yourself in our mission-driven culture: Engage in company and team events, learn from inspiring peers, and contribute to a culture that values purpose, collaboration, and real-world impact

What we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program (Class of 2027) with prior experience in product management, consulting, engineering, or a high-growth startup environment preferred
  • Bias for action: Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable owning projects from idea to execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Curious, adaptable learner: Eager to dive into new & complex challenges, learn quickly, and thrive amid ambiguity
  • Customer-obsessed product thinker: Deeply curious about users and their workflows, pain points, and motivations, with the ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives to make thoughtful product decisions
  • Excellent communicator: Able to tell compelling product stories and translate insights into clear, actionable plans
  • Collaborative and independent: Able to seamlessly shift between working autonomously and engaging cross-functionally to drive progress and alignment
  • Strategic and analytical thinker: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and insights to inform strategies and develop actionable solutions
  • Laser-sharp attention to detail: Highly organized, excellent project management skills, and a high standard for excellence
  • Purpose over pride: No task is beneath you—you bring humility, teamwork, and a deep commitment to advancing our mission to help save lives through innovation
  • AI-forward mindset: Curious about how AI can enhance product experiences, accelerate development, and unlock new possibilities for our users

What we offer:

  • The chance to work with a passionate team on solving one of the largest challenges globally

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
