What this role is about:

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for an initial 6-month contract engagement, with a strong possibility of transitioning to a permanent full-time role based on performance and business needs. This is a strategic recruiting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across a diverse range of disciplines — including Engineering, Corporate, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams.

As a key member of the People Team, you will work cross-functionally with hiring managers, HR, finance, and leadership to develop innovative recruiting strategies, enhance candidate experience, and build the high-performing teams that power our mission. This role requires both the versatility to recruit across technical and non-technical functions and the business acumen to serve as a true strategic partner to every team you support.

What you’ll do:

Full-Cycle Recruiting (Across All Functions)

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for key roles across Engineering, Corporate (Finance, Legal, People, Operations), and Go-to-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships) teams.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers across all functions to define job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and develop tailored hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain a robust, diverse talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and targeted outreach strategies across all functional areas.
  • Design and implement structured interview processes to ensure fair, consistent, and rigorous candidate evaluation across disciplines.
  • Coach and guide hiring managers on effective, behavior-based interviewing techniques to identify top talent.
  • Conduct insightful interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, technical aptitude, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring clear communication and a positive, engaging interaction at every stage.
  • Drive offer negotiations and facilitate the closing process to secure top talent competitively.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all hiring strategies and practices.
  • Stay current on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in recruiting across engineering, corporate, and GTM markets.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract high-caliber candidates across all functions.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement across each functional area.

What we're looking for in our ideal candidate

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth, fast-paced environment, with demonstrated success recruiting across multiple functions (engineering, corporate, and/or GTM).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies that consistently drive high-quality hires across diverse roles and seniority levels.
  • Experience recruiting for technical/engineering roles as well as business-facing functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and HR tech tools.
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics to optimize recruiting performance and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams, establishing strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates at all levels.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously across different functions.
  • Showcases a growth mindset and adaptability; ability to shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change.
  • No ego — our team believes in "purpose over pride" where no task is beneath us.
  • Passion for DEI hiring initiatives and enhancing candidate experience.
  • Bonus: Experience in early-stage startups, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments.
  • Bonus: Previous experience in a recruitment agency environment.

What we offer

  • An initial 6-month contract engagement with the opportunity to transition to a permanent full-time role based on performance and business needs
  • The chance to work with a passionate team on solving one of the largest challenges globally
  • Competitive contract compensation
  • A dynamic, flexible, and fun start-up work environment with a highly talented team

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?
