In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensures that all processes are well documented and available to all key teams across organisation.
Governs overall process, participates in day to day operations and ensures team is following the process religiously.
Deliver strong working relationships with all the stakeholders, both external and internal
Understands the problem, identifies the root cause and acts as an escalation point in case if issues are stuck with relevant team and ensures closures of open pointers.
Owns the overall team performance and ensures all tasks are delivered on time.
Analyse and predict gaps in existing process and providing a resolution
Constantly drives process re-engineering to turn the existing processes more efficient

Desired Skills

Experience in payments industry (bank or fintechs)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solution oriented approach
Ability to consume vast amounts to data and arrive at a logical analysis
Candidates with previous experience of writing system requirement documents will be preferred.
