Overview:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with a focus on Tech and Non-Tech Hiring to join our dynamic team. As the manager responsible for executive and leadership-level recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier executive talent.
Responsibilities:
Leadership Hiring Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for leadership hiring, aligned with the organization's growth and business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand current and future leadership needs and talent gaps.
Executive Search:
- Conduct thorough executive searches to identify and engage top-level talent for key leadership positions.
- Utilize both traditional and innovative methods for executive sourcing, including networking, industry events, and partnerships.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Build strong partnerships with senior executives and hiring managers to understand their leadership requirements and expectations.
- Provide strategic guidance to leadership on market trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape.
Candidate Assessment and Evaluation:
- Lead and participate in the assessment and evaluation of executive-level candidates, ensuring alignment with the organization's values, culture, and strategic goals.
- Coordinate and facilitate executive-level interviews and assessments.
Employer Branding:
- Enhance and promote the organization's employer brand at the executive level to attract and retain top leadership talent.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted messaging for executive recruitment.
Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of executive-level talent for current and future leadership positions.
- Implement proactive talent mapping and succession planning strategies.
Data-driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of leadership hiring strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in leadership hiring and executive-level recruitment.
- Strong understanding of leadership competencies, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align talent acquisition with organizational goals.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team of recruiters.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and executive search platforms.
