Role Overview:
Razorpay is seeking an experienced Associate Business Operations professional with a strong background in merchant onboarding within the fintech industry. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and possess excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and effective communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end merchant onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all new merchants.
- Identify and resolve issues related to merchant onboarding, employing strong problem-solving skills to address challenges quickly and effectively.
- Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate and improve onboarding processes, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and analyze large data sets using Excel, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve business operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for merchants.
- Communicate effectively with merchants and internal stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on onboarding status and any issues that arise.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to merchant onboarding, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- 3 Years – 5 Years of work experience in Operations or Related role.
- Strong command on MS Excel and power point.
- Exposure to the financial industry is an added advantage.
- Good verbal & Written communication skills.
