Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.

A lot of this is brand marketing that goes beyond products - strategic positioning, thoughtful campaigns and initiatives that drive salience, affinity and love for the brand, and events that drive thought leadership.

We are looking for a brand marketer with a fiery passion for all things brand - to drive all of our efforts in building brand love, affinity & salience amongst businesses (startups / founders & entrepreneurs).
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ideate & collaborate on creative campaigns that will help drive our brand proposition to existing and new audiences.
- Develop and rigorously execute creative plans - this is where it’ll never get boring for you. Every campaign is unique in itself - no two being alike. From events to print campaigns, from AR pieces to packaging ideas, you’ll be working on a gamut of brand-first touchpoints.
- Drive brand marketing efforts across said campaigns - be it social media, PR, content & community engagement or influencer marketing.
- Work with external agency partners, internal channel marketing, design teams in ensuring execution conformance.
- Drive long-term brand vision as a key member of the marketing team.
- Present data-backed post-mortems of each campaign performance.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years of overall marketing experience
- Strong creative & soft skills combined with an affinity for data.
- Very agile, with a never-say-die attitude, highly organized and autonomous while also being collaborative when required.
- Brand-first campaign experience (ATL campaigns, innovative media campaigns) would be a big plus.
