Associate - New Initiatives Client Success

Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital). 
The Role:

The candidate would support the new initiatives client success business, he/she will develop sales project plans, set milestones, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery; Analyze sales data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance and maintain team's metrics.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Support the network sales and program management teams, and assume responsibility for various pre-sales and program management activities
  • Create dashboards and reports for internal teams and/or clients.
  • Generate regular sales reports and dashboards, funnel metrics, performance reporting for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Highlight deviations from planned performance at various stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee regular reporting and testing activities for live projects.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the Reporting Manager.
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • 5+ years total experience in a sales support role.
  • Proficient with MS Excel and Google spreadsheets, especially macros and advanced excel
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Good written communication skills
  • Maintain healthy relationships with functional and Cross-functional peers
