Associate Director, Program Management
Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
About the Role
As the AD - Program Management in the GTM organization at Razorpay, you will work directly with the SVP for Online Payments, Partnerships, and Account Management, as well as the leadership team, to help them scale, grow, and run the business more effectively. In this role, you will support the Senior Vice President of Sales and the business by:
- Driving critical initiatives that require cross-functional coordination.
- Facilitating all reviews and becoming a problem-solving partner to the SVP of Sales on key strategic decisions.
- Owning the narrative for quarterly board meetings (business).
- Implementing various aspects of the revenue strategy.
This role demands a highly resourceful, self-driven individual with the ability to collaborate, execute, and lead through influence.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s AOP and Goal setting process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals
- Drive the Leadership team towards clear, efficient, and accountable decision-making
- Collaborate with business heads to define quarterly and annual OKRs, ensuring they are measurable and aligned with the company's overall objective
- Drive strategic initiatives and/or discrete projects on behalf of the SVP, Sales - this could be across the spectrum - revenue related initiatives, creating or vetting business cases or experience related
- Own the COO's agenda – ensuring maximum impact in both internal and external engagements
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business / sales / strategy roles
- Education: An MBA from a premium college in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field (preferred top IIMs/ISB).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Experience in a business finance role will be an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced startup culture.
- Initiative: A proactive approach to tasks, demonstrating a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
