Associate Manager, Brand Marketing
Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
The Role: Associate Manager - Marketing
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help us build the RazorpayX brand and product awareness for the business finance suite. Someone who is an expert at building campaigns has a strong grip on content marketing & social media, and can own the events charter. A creative storyteller to narrate these stories and give the brand a voice using strategic crafty messaging. The incumbent will primarily be involved with developing and implementing strategies and driving the brand with defined KPIs to strengthen the company’s market presence and help it find a “voice” that will make a difference.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Come up with a robust brand marketing strategy that takes forward the RazorpayX business
● Ideate, collaborate, and drive rigorous execution against this strategy
● Drive brand marketing efforts across campaigns, social media, content, events & community building
● Prepare a structured framework for objectively measuring the efficacy of marketing efforts
● Ability to drive consumer research independently and with agencies
● Work with external agency partners, partner marketing channels, sales & design teams in ensuring execution conformance
● Collaborate with the product marketing and growth teams to plan and execute new product launch GTMs that drive customer engagement, acquisition, and brand buzz.
● Collaborate and drive automated cross-sell campaigns across the different Razorpay products to increase the number of products per customer.
● Experiment with marketing automation tools and create viral loops
Desired Qualifications:
● 3 - 5 years of overall marketing experience, fintech/ SAAS experience will be an advantage however not mandatory
● Minimum 3+ years of having managed marketing campaigns
● Strong creative & soft skills combined with an affinity for data
● Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work with cross- functional counterparts.
● Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs, and drive results.
