Senior Associate, Talent Partner

Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Strategy: Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to understand hiring needs, team structure, and growth objectives.
- Sourcing & Recruitment: Drive end-to-end recruitment for tech and product roles, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process. Leverage multiple channels to attract diverse and high-quality talent.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design leaders, to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and timelines.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, maintaining strong communication and providing timely feedback.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices in the tech product space. Advise hiring managers on market conditions and help shape compensation packages to attract top talent.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity in hiring by identifying and promoting diverse talent pipelines and ensuring inclusive hiring practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, enhance team collaboration, and improve the candidate selection experience.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or people partner role, ideally focused on hiring for Engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of the tech product landscape and key roles within the product development lifecycle.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high-quality talent for technical and product teams.
- Familiarity with various interview techniques, including technical assessments and behavioral interviews.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
