Associate Manager - Enterprise Partnerships
Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Associate Manager to join our Enterprise Partnership team. The ideal candidate will have experience in partnership management, business development, and working with international clients. The Associate Manager will play a key role in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with enterprise-level clients across global markets, focusing on driving business growth and ensuring long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development:
- Engage with existing and potential international enterprise partners to expand the company’s global footprint.
- Work with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, legal, etc.) to create proposals and negotiate partnership agreements.

Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international enterprise partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key partners, ensuring alignment on goals and performance.
- Monitor and track the health of existing partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with the company’s global expansion objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and implementation of partnerships.
- Coordinate and oversee joint marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with partners.
Mandatory Qualification:
- 2-4 years of experience in partnership management and business development or account management, with a focus on international markets.
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with large enterprise clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of global business trends, cultural differences, and challenges in international partnerships.
