Manager - Campaign Management ( Ad Sales )
Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
The Campaign Manager will be managing ad networks and analyzing performance metrics using tools like Tableau and dashboards. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, retention and renewal on digital advertising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI. This role requires a data-driven mindset, creativity, and technical proficiency to deliver impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, plan, and execute ad campaigns across multiple ad networks.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and branding guidelines.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to track key funnel performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, and tech) to align campaign goals with organizational objectives.
- Manage relationships with ad networks to ensure campaigns run smoothly and stay updated on new features or policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in campaign management or digital advertising, with hands-on experience in ad networks.
- Exposure with a Fintech, Advertising or Digital Marketing industry would be a plus.
- Proficiency in Tableau and creating performance dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
