Associate Manager - Content Operations Specialist
Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Management & Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and uploading digital content across various platforms, preparing regular reports, and supporting day-to-day operational tasks. This position requires someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and able to handle a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Content Management & Uploads:
- Manage, organize, and upload content to various digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to update and maintain website and internal platforms with accurate content.
- Ensure content is accurately maintained, including tagging, formatting, and metadata management.
- Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Report Preparation & Data Analysis:
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on performance, engagement, and other KPIs.
- Analyze data and create reports for various stakeholders to help inform content strategy and decision-making.
- Maintain records and track performance trends over time to assess improvements and areas of concern.
- Operational Support:
- Assist with general operations tasks including scheduling, organizing meetings, and maintaining team calendars.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., solutions, design, tech) to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Help with document preparation and organization for operational procedures and policies.
- Support with inventory management, including digital content assets, ensuring all files are up-to-date and properly stored.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist in the coordination of small projects within the operations team.
- Track project progress and deadlines, ensuring timely completion and smooth execution.
- Provide regular updates on project status and assist in any ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in operations roles.Experience working with content management systems (CMS), cloud storage, and project management tools is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and create actionable reports.Highly organized and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization is a plus.Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or social media insights.
- Ability to adapt to new tools, platforms, and systems as required.
