Associate Manager - Business Operations

We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).
To oversee and optimize day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will support the Manager in ensuring smooth business processes and improving operational efficiency. This role demands problem-solving, and MS Excel Skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing daily operational activities like preparing stock reports, wallet uploads, new stock procurement
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team efficiency and service quality.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Email follow up with stakeholders for client/customer escalations and provide timely resolution.
- Prepare and present regular stock reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales and Concierge teams to support operations.
- Support budget planning, cost optimization, and resource allocation.
- Ensure gift cards Sanity checks for gift cards are conducted twice a month.
Mandatory qualification:
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, preferably in a fast-paced or customer-centric environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process compliance.
