Associate Manager - Enterprise Sales

We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Growing the overall portfolio and driving cross-sell/up-sell of TrustScan offerings across the New and existing Razorpay merchant base.
- Working in close collaboration with Enterprise, Mid market & SME teams to enable TrustScan on their existing and new merchant portfolio
- Work in tandem with the product team to identify suitable product solutions needed for our partners while leveraging our internal capabilities.
- Build TrustScan business strategy along with GTM strategy.
- Defining and analyzing performance metrics, and achieving cross-functional alignment.
- Involvement in strategic discussions in terms of identifying new areas of opportunity
- Coming up with strategies to increase penetration of TrustScan offerings along with sales funnel management
- Gathering inputs from business teams & merchants to further enhance and develop the TrustScan pipeline
- Collaborate across multiple Internal units – Product, Sales & Analytics to deliver optimum output
- Support the business with data-driven actionable insights that help business to take informed decisions to improve the sales processes and drive efficiency
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience in product/tech-based organization with B2B/Banking focus & understanding of Data Science & Analytics will be an added advantage.
- Experience in a high-paced and unstructured environment will be a plus. Ability to solve various unstructured business problems in an objective way will be one of the key criteria for hiring.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn tech software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers and cross-functional teams internally.
- Strong hunting skills are desired with a fair bit of understanding of digital payments ecosystem.
- Proactive Identification of opportunity areas for enterprise customers and focused selling is a must. Understanding & awareness of Data landscape is a plus.
- Good in taking initiatives and implementation of the same
