Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join our Business Program Management team as a Business Analyst . This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about using data to solve business problems, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives. You will be crucial in supporting our business leaders by providing data-driven insights to help optimize our processes and achieve our business goals. You'll work with large datasets, create reports, build dashboards, and help us turn data into actionable business intelligence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Preparation
Assist in gathering and cleaning data from internal systems and external sources.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity for reporting and analysis.
Reporting & Visualization
Create dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Support the business team with regular and ad-hoc reporting needs.
Business Insights
Analyze program performance metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement.
Support decision-making by providing data-backed recommendations.
Collaboration
Work closely with program managers and cross-functional teams to understand data needs.
Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions with data insights.
Process Improvement
Help identify inefficiencies in reporting or data workflows.
Assist in automating repetitive tasks and improving data processes.
Documentation:
Maintain documentation on data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of professional experience in data analytics
Define the business and product metrics to be evaluated, work with engineering on data instrumentation, create and automate self-serve dashboards to present to relevant stakeholders leveraging tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, etc.
Ability to structure and analyze data leveraging techniques like EDA, Cohort analysis, and transform them into understandable and actionable recommendations and then communicate them effectively across the organization.
Developed a clear understanding of the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the product/strategic initiative and leverage it to identify and act upon existing Gaps and Opportunities
