Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).

What will you get to work on?

You will have to work on issues/queries raised by Merchants, Customers or Banks in relation to Settlement, Refunds, Transactions, Payments etc. You will have to deal with different Banks for quick resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealing with banks for refunds and settlement issues.
Need to closely work with the Finance team for recon and other issues.
Solving tickets/queries raised by merchants, customers or banks.
Have good knowledge of products to resolve any customer, merchant or bank issues.
Review the open tickets assigned on FreshDesk and reply to queries related to the tickets.
Reconcile transactions and refunds with the partner banks.
Work with the Tech team to fix refund and settlement issues.
Dealing with other teams especially Support / Sales for the resolution of queries.
Handling things that impact the inflow and outflow of funds at the transaction level.
Complete tasks considering SLAs and preparation of various reports on weekly and monthly basis

What do we expect from you?

Bachelor’s degree.
Good communication and writing skills.
Good analytical skills.
MS Office knowledge is mandatory
Reconciliation Experience is must.
