Communication Designer (Framer)
Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
Role:
As a Framer Designer (with Communication Design skills), you will be responsible for translating marketing, content, and brand narratives into high-impact digital experiences using Framer. You will be responsible for innovative ideas and solutions. You’ll design and build marketing pages, campaign microsites, and various digital assets that are visually engaging, brand-consistent, and optimized for performance. You’ll work closely with content marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, and brand teams to deliver work that not only looks great but also drives engagement, conversions, and builds confidence in the Razorpay brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop landing pages, campaign microsites, blog/product story pages using Framer, ensuring responsiveness, usability, and high quality.
- Partner with content writers, content marketing, performance/growth teams to translate briefs and narratives into compelling visual & interactive layouts.
- Ensure consistent application and extension of Razorpay’s brand system / design guidelines in all Framer builds.
- Experiment, iterate, and optimize using data (A/B test results, user feedback, analytics) to improve page performance (conversion, time on page, bounce etc.).
- Help maintain and evolve design systems / component libraries as they relate to Framer deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, product, engineering) to align design deliverables with business goals, timelines, and technical feasibility.
- Keep abreast of visual design trends, Framer capabilities, performance marketing best practices, and propose innovations.
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing / brand / digital design.
- Excellent proficiency in Framer.
- Experience designing landing pages, campaign creatives, content-based web pages / microsites.
- Good sense of user experience for marketing / content pages (thinking about information flow, user attention, visual storytelling).
- Strong portfolio showing relevant work: landing pages / microsites / campaigns / content stories / brand extensions.
Preferred
- Experience with performance marketing metrics, A/B testing, SEO basics.
- Strong visual design skills: layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing, colour theory.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS, responsive design principles) to closely collaborate with build implementation
- Exposure to motion graphics / micro-interactions for enhanced storytelling (on web).
- Experience working in fast-paced cross-functional teams.

- Contribution to evolving the Razorpay design system / component library with reusable assets.
